We find this to be very important information
It was really a random trip to the forest as we didn’t plan this in our itinerary from the start. However, we definitely love this place! It’s a beautiful forest and our guide Hamsa was a star! He was knowledgeable and showed us many different plants and tell us about the medicinal properties of these plants and what the people would do with these leaves, seeds and bark of the various trees to heal themselves. We find this to be very important information and we hope that people like Hamsa will be better recognised in their work of trying to protect their culture and also to pass on their knowledge of the medicinal properties that different species offer to the next generation and others! 🙂

Learning about nature and the native people of the Coast and discovering an ancient forest on coral rock with all senses on. The knowledge of the Digo people about plant species, tree burials and energy exchange is just being rediscovered. First, you will be introduced to the Digo culture and customs in the informational house because you cannot do certain things in the sacred forest and want to show respect while enjoying the tour.

Those who prefer to explore the ocean around Diani which a glass boat. The duration of the glass goat excursion with snorkeling from Diani beach is 3 hours, which you can explore the magical underwater world from the the comfort of the glass bottom boat.
Snorkeling can be done for the swimmers but if you chose to stay on the boat or laze on the sandbank this is also perfectly fine.
